Content Abstract: The International Black and White Ball is dedicated to the promotion of goodwill and understanding between the United States and Mexico. The bulk of the collection consists of scrapbooks and programs, also found within the collection is correspondence, clippings, invitations, VHS tapes, photographs and negatives, and notes that pertain to the Balls and the planning of the International Black and White Ball.
